Easy Returns
14-DAY RETURNS
We offer a 14-day return or exchange policy from the day you receive your order.
We're happy to refund any frames/sunglasses you are not 100% happy with providing we receive them unused, as new, along with a completed returns form within this 14-day period.
You will be credited via your original method of payment and notified via email when this process is complete.
The following items are exempt from being refunded:
- Prescription lenses
- Outbound shipping costs
Items must be returned to the UK address provided on the returns form, via a tracked shipping method.
It is important that a tracked service is used, or if your return gets lost you won't be covered.
We suggest that you use the Click-N-Ship service from USPS - the approximate cost is $25.
Fendi’s designs have exuded luxury since the eponymous family founded the house in aristocratic Rome, 1925. Although making ample use of playful shapes, colours and motifs, its sunglasses don’t betray this heritage.
